Hi there,
This is Max again for the continuation of our 7 steps. We are at Step 4 which is the mid point of our goal and I think it is apt that we congratulate ourselves for our success reaching here.
Since talking about reaching our goal, lets talk about setting your goals.
" Set your Goals" that is.
Most of us set goals but seems like we don't achieve it, why?
Are we not capable enough? Are we not smart enough? If not, then why??
There are actually 3 possibilities:
1. Are we going for an impossible or unrealistic goal such as "I want all the money in the world"?
2. Are we going for something we don't want?
Or
3. Are we setting a goal and before we reach it we set another one in another direction?
We have habits that act as an inertia that stops us from moving, then we have environments that we create for ourselves in our current situation. However, we have to practice new success habits to break through our old habits and create new environments for us to achieve greater success at higher levels.
Therefore first goal is create a segment of time when you can be truly be with yourself and enjoying, a time where there are no goals to perturb you; a time for you to refresh and reconnect with yourself.
Sounds strange, well ya.
We simply have forms of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy. Many of us simply use and use without recharging and in the end we burn out.
Secondly, we replace our goals that is impossible to reach, goals that you don't want any more or basically someone else's goal.
What do I mean? Remember the day your dad ask you to study medicine when you actually wanted to be a lawyer? If you get what I mean Good......!
That's all for now folks.
Kindly wait for the next chapter in this 7 steps, hope you like this.

A SUCCESSFUL LIFE IN 7 STEPS - STEP 3
Hi there,
I'm back again for Step 3 after a long hiatus.
It was an eventful few months where I spearheaded a new teaching course on Face reading.
The students fully enjoyed it and they find that the knowledge gained is very useful in everyday life.

So here we go again.....
Step 3 is all about creating a support system. A support system is just like your body which consist of a system that has to function properly and at its optimum to achieve great results.Extrapolate it to your life and business and you will see how a support system allow you to achieve more with minimum effort.
There are 5 components to the support system:
1. People
2. Activities
3. Environment
4. Self reflection
5. Simplify
Component 1: People system
We need people to give us the unconditional support that we need. How do we do that?
One strategy is to give acknowledgement to the people around you, tell that what a great help they are to you and how much they have done that makes your life better. Trust me, lots of people will forgo money just for your appreciation and recognition.
Next, we have to ask for their support, if you don't ask then nobody will know. Most of us don't ask because of FEAR, be it fear of rejection or embarrassment. But you don't have to fear, just ask and you will receive.
Now if we ask, then we must be prepared to receive. Many of us reject help and support from others due to pride or other subconcious inner workings, but to really have the people support we must ready ourselves for the people that comes around.
We will then have to make ourselves accountable to the people around us. Don't you agree that if you are accountable to someone, you are able to do far more and reach further??
Lastly ask your questioning technique to instill the message to your subconcious.
Your people system is installed and next is your activity system.
Component 2: Activity system.
We humans have 3 resources that we must manage and use, namely Time, Energy and Money.
Energy is infinite and money is just another form of energy. That leaves us with a precious limited commodity that is TIME. You cannot exchange anything for time but you can maximize your time by being more productive. Focus all your activity towards the goal that you are reaching instead of spending your time in front of the TV set. You know what I mean....
So to make best use of your time, DO what you need to do, delegate to do more at the same time and delete if it is not worth doing.
Component 3: Environment System
What we touch on here is basically removing the clutter in your life, we have internal clutters and external clutter. Easiest way is to remove the clutter physically around you and you will feel better at an instant.
Clutter is just some of the attachment that you projected on an object which basically is a reflection of your inner attachment.
Component 4: Self reflection system.
You have to set aside time for yourself be it some time to catch up on a inpirational book, meditation, being in nature etc.
Everyone needs to have the time to reflect on all the good that they have done and all the success that they achieved regardless of how big the success or goodness is.
Component 5; Simplify
Just simplify everything around you!! People like to complicate things and the more complicated it is the more worth they put to it. But really, it is saping the daylight out of you.
Simplify, to get more done and have more things completed efficiently in a given time.
Just remember this:
"I WIN, YOU WIN, EVERYONE WINS"
Share the success with everyone and everyone will support you to success.
Thanks for reading.

A SUCCESSFUL LIFE IN 7 STEPS - STEP 2
Hi,
I'm back.
Generally speaking we are all in the process of learning and true enough at this point of time I'm still learning something new about this technique that I'm discussing.
Here we go, together now.
Step 2.
Most of us have a picture about ourselves that knock us down every time we get on our feet to move forward. We would hear in our mind, "you are not good enough", "it's better without you", "you never succeed in life", and so on......
The list is endless and you let the bully in your head beat you into a pulp, bruised and defeated you may choose to run away and put a brake in your life. But hey!! Something's not right!! Why should we do beat ourselves down??.... because in the course of growing up we gather such negative thoughts and views from people around us doing exactly the same thing; beating themselves up.
So let's say goodbye to the negative thoughts that we have about ourselves and move on, Hmmmm..... How?
"CORRECT THE NEGATIVE REFLECTION OF SELF AND REPLACE WITH THE AUTHENTIC SELF."
Eg:
Negative: I'm good for nothing
Truth: I'm a capable individual who has contributed to society and is an important member in this family
Negative: Too fat
Truth: I'm attractive
Negative: I'm not smart enough to make it.
Truth: I'm among the top 3 percent of intelligent people in this world and who is smart enough to succeed is me.
Reverse all the negative sign to positives and read to yourselves.
Next
We find our loving supporter in your life and your support sanctuary in your business.
We first find the candidate to give us the unconditional support that we need, could be your spouse, your parent, your best friend; someone whom you could depend on to give you the positive response and affirmations that motivates you; someone who believes that you are a greater person than you perceive yourselves to be and hold you responsible for it.
Spend some time and think about it and KNOW the person....ask your loving supporter or support sanctuary the following questions:
1. What do you get out of me being in your life?
2. What have you gained from our relationship? Specifics.
3. What would be missing if I am not in your life?
4. What do you see as my strengths?
5. What can I do differently to improve our relationship?
6. If there were one word or phrase you’d use to describe our relationship, what would it be?
7. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate our relationship?
8. (If anything less than 10) What can I do to make it a 10?
Now that you have done this,
Then ask yourself, "Why do I have so many Loving supporters and Support Sanctuary in my life?"
You get the picture??....
You have just completed step 2 and made progress towards your success, continue to return for the rest of the Steps while they are being posted....
Wish you well... Bye for now.....

A SUCCESSFUL LIFE IN 7 STEPS - STEP 1
Hi,
My name is Max Liang, I am a Scientist, Numerology Expert, Astrology and Fengshui Master and a Life-Coach. Through my years of practising as a life coach, I have come across people of all origins and all levels coming to me to seek fulfilment, to know themselves and to become more successful. Some wants to be richer while others who are already rich in their own right wants to have a complete family life.
Often, we hear them say that they have spent thousands on motivational courses and materials, but they are not getting the results that they want. What could be the issue?
Practically they are using the wrong method of using their thinking mind coupled with affirmations and trying to change their behaviours. Tough......
Why not have the method to affect the sub-concious mind, leading to having a success mentality without even thinking about it.
So here we go,
Step 1
Instead of the affirmation technique that so many of us use, we should be using the questioning technique.
eg,
Instead of the affirmation: I am Rich and I am Fulfilled.
use: Why am I continually rich and fulfilling?
Instead of: I am Healthy and Happy.
Ask: Why I am always Healthy and Happy.
This is the first step and let us practice for a week or two, you will notice the changes that comes with it.
Enjoy and Good day.
